About Kitney

Building smarter, safer and better-connected workplaces

Kitney brings together consulting expertise, Microsoft 365 solutions, practical resources, training and emerging AI capability to help organisations strengthen WHS and business performance

We believe that health, safety, and business management should be accessible to all, regardless of size, location, or budget. Through Kitney Toolkit, we provide high-quality, professionally developed resources to support businesses while keeping costs low.

Our journey

Built from experience, driven by innovation.

Kitney Toolkit was launched in 2020 after we could not find a third-party system that met the practical and professional standards we expected for ourselves and our clients. We built our own in Microsoft 365— editable, scalable and designed to work within the tools organisations already use.

Today, Kitney Toolkit delivers high-quality, industry-wide solutions that help businesses stay compliant, build capability, and innovate using the tools they use and trust.

Testimonials

  • Kitney Toolkit’s online 365 WHS System has transformed the way we manage WHS. With our WHS system in our Microsoft 365 licence, we meet obligations, protect staff, and manage costs.

Our online pre-start checks, QR codes, hazard and incident reporting, action plan, and calendar ensure we keep track of WHS requirements and actions.
