Our Consultants network work with Kitney OHS and directly with businesses to provide customised solutions to meet business needs. Consultants have cross-industry experience in aged and health care, commercial services, construction, education/schools, hospitality, local Government, Indigenous and manufacturing.  

  • Based in Brisbane, Jo is a Director of Kitney OHS & Toolkit Solutions. She works across industry, with a focus on manufacturing, aged and health care, commercial and local Government. Jo works with small, medium and large organisations in Queensland and across Australia.

    When Jo’s not working you’ll find her spending time with family and sailing on Moreton Bay


  • Based in Brisbane, Naomi is the Director of Strategic Solutions at Kitney OHS. She works across industry, with a focus on risk, compliance and governance in private and public organisations. Naomi works with small, medium and large organisations in Queensland and across Australia.

    When Naomi’s not working she is spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Queensland Reds.


  • Based in Brisbane, John is General Manager of Kitney OHS & Toolkit Solutions. His background is in construction and project mangement working for major corporations in UK and Australia. He joined Kitney five years ago to manage business development and has created the companies SharePoint management systems.

    In his spare time John enjoys sailing and taking on any DIY challenges.


  • Based in Ipswich, Ralph has been in the health and safety industry for over 20 years.
    Originally from Rockhampton, Ralph has broad industry experience including the Meat, Construction and Allied Health industries. He consulted and facilitated training for Queensland’s peak employer body the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for many years in Rockhampton.

    With Ralph’s move to Ipswich, he travels regularly to Mackay to support local business with their WHS and works with Kitney OHS providing consultancy services.


  • Based on the North Gold Coast, Rick is the Director of Fox Safety Consulting. Rick has extensive experience working with Local and State Governments as well as the retail and hospitality sectors.

    Rick works with small, medium and large organisations Australia wide, supporting their safety journey. When not at work, you will find Rick enjoying time with his growing family.


  • Based on the Gold Coast, Michael is a member of the Kitney OHS consultancy team.

    Michael is a physiotherapist and OHS consultant and has worked with large organisations including Queensland Health and Australia Post and was the Brisbane Manager for CCIQ.   

    In his spare time, Michael spends time with his family and friends and is an avid reader.


  • Based in Brisbane's Bayside, Ksenia is the principal consultant of Actum. Ksenia has been working in OHS for more than 20 years with experience across mining, manufacturing, local government, utilities and systems auditing for a wide range of enterprises.

    When not working Ksenia can be found enjoying walking, running or riding along the paths of the Bay.


  • Based on the Gold Coast, Steve works across all industries with a focus on Schools, Local Government and Construction.
    Steve works with all sizes of Organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

    Steve enjoys most adventure activities, including diving, boating and anything on 2 wheels.


  • Based in Cairns, Jamen is Managing Director of Djambul Pty Ltd and Indigenous. He has worked extensively in and with indigenous communities throughout Australia, and is a long standing safety professional with over 20 years' experience. Through Djambul, Jamen also works with many businesses in Queensland and throughout Australia delivering customised business solutions. When not in the office or travelling for work, Jamen is usually enjoying the nature retreats that Cairns and surrounds provides.


  • Emma is based in Cairns but loves to travel, Emma is the North QLD Manager and Lead Consultant for Kitney OHS. She works mainly across Land & Sea Management, Community Services, Education, Tourism, Hospitality and not-for -profit sectors of industry and specialises in Human Factors, Psychological and Behavioral Safety, and Risk Management.

    When not working Emma is out exploring the local area, adventuring across the country with hubby and fur child


  • Bri is our Systems Support consultant at Kitney OHS. She has a diverse background providing administrative, research, and IT support to several specialist medical services across Brisbane. Bri works closely with Toolkit 365 clients and consultants to deliver IT support and advice.

    When Bri is not working, she is spending her time furthering her studies in IT and Law or camping with friends.


  • Based in Cairns, Andrew is the Managing Director of Safetylec which provides safety consultancy to small, medium and large organisations. Andrew is dual qualified with tertiary qualifications in Applied Electrical Engineering and OHS.

    Andrew has across industry experience with a focus on high risk work, commercial, industrial and mining sectors.

    When not working in his business, Andrew has membership of Rotary, Scouting, and previous Director of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.



Our Technology network provides comprehensive and scalable support for the Kitney 365 WHS Systems, including Microsoft 365 licences and IT/internet support, provisioning of Kitney 365 WHS System and support for customisations, complex and enterprise solutions.

  • Diane is the Managing Director of CleverMinds Consulting where she works with individuals and organisations to enhance self-awareness of thinking and behaviour to develop the mindset and interpersonal interactions that drive performance. Drawing from the fields of neuroscience, psychology and behavioural science, Diane has a unique approach to facilitate decision making, manage change and support mental wellbeing.
